After suffering through 200+ pages of disappointment (two different books) only to DNF (both), I decided to read this short story.
Ashley is trying to make new friends by joining a witchy book club. Instead, she gets caught up in a mysterious situation of kitty proportions...
What a whimsical and cozy little tale this turned out to be! I was hooked from the beginning and couldn't wait to find out why these seemingly lovely witches were being turned into cats. The answer, by the way, is quite unexpected.
Yeah, I really enjoyed this story. It's fun! The characters are interesting, Ashley's POV kept me glued to the pages, and it's got just the right amount of magic. I mean, books, cats, tea and magic definitely fit together.
