Why? Well, I just signed a contract with Samhain Publishing! OMG, yay!

Okay, can you tell I'm excited? Yes, I'm very excited. This is a publisher that I've had my eye on for a long while now. And it's finally happening. Woooohoooo!

It's for a Futuristic/Sci-Fi-type of story with a shape-shifter slant. It'll be category length, and did I mention that there's a space cowboy in the mix? Well, there is. :D

Today is a wonderful, wonderful day. 2009 is shaping up to be writing-awesome. First I signed a contract with ImaJinn, and now Samhain. Wow!

Somewhere between my excitement and forms, I managed to reach page 159/427 on my revision of UH. It's going well. I'm actually ahead of my scheduled daily goal, which is always a great thing. And I also managed to get another big thing off my to-do list yesterday, but I won't talk about that. Not yet, anyway.

Well, I'm going to sign out now... so I can jump up and down a few times. Awesome!
