Much better!

Watched another ep of Supernatural last night. It was about a shapeshifter who could mimic the form of anybody. What a scary thought, huh? But I enjoyed it a lot. Can't wait to find out what's special about Sam. You just know there's something about him...

Also worked out on the TotalGym last night and it really helped my back. After we did abs the pain really dwindled away. It's great! And a great dreamless, deep sleep also helped heaps. Looking forward to a walk and some yoga later.

So I did some more writing today:

There were a few things that really clicked into place today. I'm having a lot of fun writing this novel, seeing where things are going. And as I move further along, the ideas for the third book concrete more and more inside my mind. It's amazing. So many puzzle pieces are fitting in very well together.

While taking an hour off to eat lunch, I popped in the 4th season of Six Feet Under - which we have on DVD. Any of you guys watch this show -- or at least watched? There were only 5 seasons made, right? The episode was really sad. I watch this show on my own and I figured an ep a day (or so) would be a great reward for writing new words!

Oh, forgot to mention anything about Valentine's Day, which happens to be today. Well, since it slipped my mind you probably already know it doesn't mean that much to me. IMHO, I reckon it's just another way for businesses to make money from cards, flowers and stuffed toys. If you love someone, it should be shown and felt every single day, without the need for monetary items. But that's just me. ;)

Happy week everyone!

I love yoga, Y. I did it for six months straight (4 days a week) two years ago, and it was the best I had felt in a long time (and since). I'd love to get back into it -- but our gym stopped having the classes and it's too far to drive to the other place. I tried it at home, but it's just not the same -- well, it's more of a discipline problem :D here at home. I find so many other things to do instead!
