Well, that was certainly a great way to start the day. What an awesome tale!
This is an incredible story about what happens when the second wife of the king gives the god-awful prince his just desserts. LOL.
Everything about this story is wonderful and wicked: the writing style, the narrator's voice, the language, the story... It's a perfect blend of beautiful narrative and truly horrifying events. Not to mention that while the conclusion was certainly satisfying, it leaves the reader wanting more. So much more!
A short story worth reading. Probably more than once.
And that cover is perfect!
