Today is hubby's birthday! Yay. Happy Birthday, hubby! Wish we could've had the day together, but such is life. Hope the work day's not too annoying for him today.
Well, I don't know what the hell's going on here in Sydney, but it feels like we're entering autumn all of a sudden. WTF? Seriously. Up until last week, every day felt like a nice summer day. Now, it's freezing! And I don't like it. I want that summer feeling to come back. Noooooooow! Lol.
Maybe next week. Looks like the weather comes in weekly batches. Who knows what's around the corner for this summer.
Anyway, I've just completed my first lot of revision for today. Today's goal is to reach page 99. Instead, I'm now sitting @ page 157/296. That means that everything is now crossed off my to-do list for this week. Awesome!
If I can stay ahead of myself, I should be able to get this third draft done by this time next week. That'll give me a whole day to work on the synopsis. And you all know how I feel about writing a synopsis. Not my favourite thing in the world, that's for sure.
Well, I guess we better have a snack now and rug up because it's time for our daily walk. Not sure if we'll just do our normal river walk, or head over to the library. I have a few books to return. I'll see how my daughter feels about the options.
